Shipping, carriers and delivery times
Delivery
We deliver Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. In most cases, your order is shipped in a single parcel. This means we'll dispatch your order once all items are ready to ship. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, delivery will take longer because shipping begins only after we've received your payment. The delivery time shown in our shop includes the time needed to prepare your complete order, transport it to your delivery address and, for items that aren't currently in stock, the time required to source them from our suppliers. Delivery times update automatically when you change the destination country.
Shipping promise
The shipping promise below applies only to deliveries within Germany and only to products marked with the corresponding symbol.
Order by 3:00 PM Monday through Friday and we'll ship it the same day. Guaranteed.
Thanks to our automated warehouse, all products marked with this symbol and ordered Monday through Friday by 3:00 PM are shipped the very same day at no extra cost. Delivery is usually made on the next business day.
If you order eligible products after 3:00 PM on a business day, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, please refer to the shipping date shown on the product page. Your order will still be dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders covered by our shipping promise are given priority during processing.
Get your order even faster with DHL Express
For all products marked with this symbol, we offer DHL Express shipping to selected countries for orders placed Monday through Friday by 4:00 PM.
DHL Express is always available for an additional charge. You can select it during checkout if all items in your cart qualify for Express shipping and DHL Express delivery is available at your address.
The remaining time to place your order is displayed down to the hour and minute. Within the EU, delivery is usually made on the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination postal code. Once you've entered your postal code, we'll calculate the exact delivery time for your address. If you're logged into your account, we'll use the postal code of your default shipping address to calculate the DHL Express delivery time.
Shipping carriers
Depending on the destination country and the size and weight of your parcel, your order will usually be delivered by DHL, DPD, or GLS. Bulky items such as complete bikes are shipped by specialized freight carriers.
Returns of bulky or oversized items, including bikes, are always collected by a freight carrier.
Pickup locations
You can have your order delivered to a pickup location near you. These are usually local businesses, such as convenience stores or newsagents.
Simply select this delivery option during checkout and choose the pickup location that's most convenient for you. As soon as your parcel is ready for collection, you'll receive a notification by email or SMS. You can then collect it by presenting a valid ID or your pickup code.
Customers living in Luxembourg can also choose delivery to a DHL Packstation located just across the border in Germany.
Shipping damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service team. We'll work with you to find a solution.
Order changes and combining orders
To ensure fast processing, your order is automatically processed and prepared for shipping immediately after it's placed. For this reason, we can't make changes to an order or combine multiple orders once checkout has been completed.
